HVAC symptoms can overlap. FAST HVAC organizes service information by equipment and need, then offers a telephone path for requesting an independent provider. We state the referral relationship clearly so homeowners know who is responsible for the actual work.
What to verify
- The responding company’s legal name and contact information
- Licensing and insurance required by the applicable jurisdiction
- A written diagnosis, scope, exclusions and total price
- Permit and inspection responsibilities
- Manufacturer, parts and labor warranty terms
- Payment, financing, cancellation and cleanup terms
No guaranteed outcome
A call does not guarantee that a contractor is available, that an appointment will occur within a particular time, or that a quoted service will solve the reported concern. FAST HVAC does not set provider prices or warrant independent work.
Emergency boundaries
For smoke, fire, sparks, a suspected gas leak or immediate danger, leave the area when appropriate and contact emergency services or the serving utility. The referral line is not a replacement for emergency responders.
