Referral service only
FAST HVAC is not an HVAC contractor and does not perform, supervise or warrant contractor work. Use of the website or telephone number does not create an HVAC service agreement with FAST HVAC.
Independent contractor relationship
A responding provider is an independent business. Any inspection, estimate, scheduling, payment, financing, cancellation, warranty or service agreement is solely between you and that provider. Verify identity, credentials and insurance before authorizing work.
No availability or pricing guarantee
Provider coverage, response time, pricing and service terms vary by location and demand. Website information is general education and is not an estimate, diagnosis, safety instruction or guarantee of results.
Acceptable use
You may use the site for lawful personal information and referral requests. You may not interfere with site operation, submit fraudulent requests, scrape content at unreasonable volume or misrepresent your identity or authority.
Safety
For immediate danger, smoke, fire or a suspected gas leak, contact emergency services or the serving utility. Do not rely on this website for emergency instructions.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, FAST HVAC is not responsible for independent-provider acts, omissions, estimates, contracts, property damage, personal injury or warranty disputes. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
